This is the place described as Lu\u00eds de Cam\u00f5es in 'Os Lus\u00edadas' as the place \"where the land ends and the sea begins\". And, of course, for those who are returning from Sintra and see a direction sign for Cabo da Roca, it is impossible to hold the curiosity and not to visit it. So this is exactly what we did.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Cabo da Roca was described by Cam\u00f5es as the place \u201cwhere the land ends and the sea begins\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright has-custom-border\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rotadoamanha.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/elementor\/thumbs\/Cabo-da-Roca-1-e1615202629218-p3ww7m8l9b85oc9zv1xssdr7ucvwvoe0b50l9ppkao.png\" alt=\"Cabo da Roca 1\" style=\"border-width:3px;border-top-left-radius:20px;border-top-right-radius:20px;border-bottom-left-radius:20px;border-bottom-right-radius:20px\" title=\"Cabo da Roca 1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Being an area near the coast and having some elevation (140 meters from the average water level), prepare to catch the wind. By this we mean that, even if they visit this destination on a very hot day, consider the cold wind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Cabo da Roca there are, in addition to the landscape, two great highlights. Located about 150 meters from the sea, we find a stone panel, called the pattern, which highlights the importance of the place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simultaneously, and of greater prominence, the Cabo da Roca Lighthouse . Built in 1758, this lighthouse can be visited only once a week, on Wednesday afternoons. Therefore, we have not yet had the good fortune to get to know it inside.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For beach lovers, you can also enjoy and visit the beaches in the surrounding area, including  Ursa beach, which is extremely well known, and whose access is close to Cabo da Roca. First, any GPS gets there without making a lot of trouble: there is only one road to go and the same road to return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simultaneamente, a regi\u00e3o tem o lugar extremamente bem identificado.&nbsp;Com isto queremos dizer que, mesmo para quem n\u00e3o tenha GPS (ou opte por n\u00e3o o utilizar), facilmente seguindo as placas consegue encontrar o caminho.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O estacionamento \u00e9 outro grande ponto positivo do local. Existe um grande n\u00famero de lugares de estacionamento p\u00fablicos e gratuitos.&nbsp;Poder\u00e3o encontrar v\u00e1rios carros parados nessa mesma estrada e (como n\u00f3s) achar que s\u00e3o pessoas a visitar o Cabo da Roca. Na verdade esses carros s\u00e3o de pessoas que procuram chegar \u00e0 Praia da Ursa, ent\u00e3o n\u00e3o tenham receio de n\u00e3o conseguir encontrar estacionamento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:56px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Where to eat?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Good news: there is no shortage of places to eat in this region! You can choose to eat at the restaurant located in Cabo da Roca or, like us, get to know a little more about the region and choose to eat elsewhere.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our case, the opinion that we can give, concerns to 'Casa do Mar Sem Fim' Restaurant, in the most urban area of \u200b\u200bthe region. We were extremely well served and the food was affordable, so it is undoubtedly an approved restaurant.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
